We are so excited to be celebrating Valentine’s Day with you! Below are the recipes that we will be sharing at the virtual event.
Cheers! Let’s kick off this event with a shot of Ningxia Red!
Juicy Inner Thigh Potion
For him or for her, apply from the inner mid-thigh to the leg crease. Make ahead of time and store in a roller bottle and apply to inner thighs. Keep it in the bedroom.
10ml Big Roll Bottle:
5ml Small Roll Bottle:
FOR BEGINNERS: You can alternatively use your Premium Starter Kit oils to make a Sweet Thing Perfume Roller with 10 drops Stress Away, 5 drops Lemon, and top off the bottle with your carrier oil (like V-6 Vegetable Complex)
Relaxing Bath Salts
Since water and oils don’t mix, it is helpful to use salts to emulsify the essential oils into your bath water. Pre-make this mixture to add to your bath under the spout as the water is pouring in.
- 2 Tablespoons Salt (we prefer Himalayan Pink Salt or Epsom Salt)
- 10 drops of your favorite relaxing oil
Favorite relaxing bath oils include: Lavender, Peace & Calming, Sensation
Pillow Spray or Neck Roller
For a spray, mix the oils with clean water in your spray bottle. For the neck roller, mix the following oils with a carrier oil like V-6 Vegetable Complex in your roller bottle.
- 15 Drops Cedarwood
- 15 Drops Lavender
- 15 Drops Northern Lights Black Spruce
FOR BEGINNERS: You can alternatively use your Premium Starter Kit oils to make a Kiss Me Goodnight Pillow Spray or Roll-on. For this recipe, replace the oils above with:
- 15 Drops Peace & Calming
- 15 Drops Lavender
- 10 Drops Frankincense.
Little 2ml Blue Dram Bottle
To store your “Love Button Lube”, these open top drams are for viscous lubes. And because the recipe includes essential oils, it is NOT recommended to use this recipe with condoms. Here is an excerpt from Lucy’s book:
First off-this is hands-down the best love button stroking jelly on the face of the planet. To get it right though, you need to follow directions carefully. It contains pure preserved aloe vera and grape seed oil. 100% pure aloe vera is too liquid for this recipe. And cheap “aloe vera” concoctions are mostly diluted with water and then thickened artificially. That bright blue gel is only a fraction true aloe and is full of artificial colors, preservatives, thickeners, and emulsifiers. Yuck.
To get this recipe right, you need a 99% pure aloe vera with minimal natural preservatives like citric acid and minimal natural thickeners like xanthan/xanthan gum/guar gum. The aloe vera I used was Green Leaf Naturals.
You also need an emulsifying agent to keep this recipe together. I use polysorbate 20, because it is a low toxin and easy to find emulsifier that binds the jelly together. So, we’re going to add our own polysorbate 20 emulsifier to the 99% natural aloe. I get mine online from lotion-crafters. You can also buy shea butter, beeswax and vegetable glycerin from them.
The Sea Man Love Button Stroking Jelly is slippery and smooth without absorbing too quickly with a look and feel and consistency of… well…. go and make it. You’ll get it. Don’t freak out. You’ll LOVE it.
The recipe has a base which can have many variations depending on which oils you add. The stroking jelly base is:
Sea Man Stroking Jelly Base:
- 2 Teaspoons 99% pure aloe vera gel like Green Leaf Naturals
- 1 Teaspoon Grape Seed Oil or Sweet Almond Oil
- 8-10 Drops Polysorbate 20 Emulsifier
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vegetable Glycerin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vitamin E.
Then add your oils. The Recipe for Lucy’s Original Sea Men Love Button Stroking Jelly is the Stroking base above plus:
- 5 Drops Sensation
- 3 Drops Cypress
- 3 Drops Orange
- 1-2 Drops Peppermint
Combine and place in a 10-15 ml bottle or in a 1oz pump top dispenser.
Perky Pill Recipe:
In an empty 00 veggie capsule combine
- 5-8 Drops Idaho Blue Spruce
- 3 Drops Goldenrod
- 2 Drops Nutmeg
- 10 Drops Olive Oil
He takes 20 minutes before GO time. Can be used daily.
